Volunteer Computer Instructors for Seniors:

Silver Threads Service is looking for volunteer Computer Instructors for our Victoria Computer Club (formerly known as Big Blue and Cousins). The club has 150 members who are always learning new technology each month.

Duties include: Running structured classes for our Shared Interest Groups.

Days: Mondays or Thursdays, 10:00am—12:00pm

Location: Silver Threads Service, 286 Hampton Road

Volunteer Speaker on Computer Technology:

Silver Threads Service is looking for volunteer Speakers on Computer Technology for our Victoria Computer Club (formerly known as Big Blue and Cousins). The club has 150 members who are always learning new technology each month.

Duties include: Talking about your company as it relates to Computer Technology for our Monthly Meeting.

Days: 4th Tuesday of the month (2:00pm – 4:00pm)

Volunteer Choir Director:

Silver Threads Service is looking for a volunteer Choir Director to lead the Hampton Singers, senior women’s choir.

Duties include: Instructing and motivating choir members and pianist; Providing structure and leadership to choir; Planning a varied program for rehearsals and concerts; Engaging with audiences.

Days: Mondays, 9:30am—11:30am and 2 Wednesdays a month (1 hour, times vary)
