The L.I.F.E. Program supplies a $40.00 credit to eligible residents of the City of Victoria (income criteria) for participation in programs in Victoria’s Seniors and Community Centres. Applications are available at the Crystal Pool.

Saanich Recreation Centres also have applications for eligible residents (low income seniors) of Saanich Municipality. You must get the application through a recreation centre.
