Education and discussion on safely managing your own health when many of our visits are on the telephone or via internet platforms such as Zoom. Today was our Curbside Christmas! Our COVID safe way of getting 100 Turkey Dinners out to a few of our most favourite people! It was so good to see some faces we haven't seen for awhile. As of November 25th, our Provincial orders are to cancel all physical activities until further guidance is developed. This means all exercise classes, pickle ball, table tennis and Zumba classes at both centres are on hold for now. Give us a call if you need further information.

There are still a few spots available for Zumba Gold at the Saanich Centre starting at 1:30pm Friday, November 13th. It is an exercise program using the movement of Latin Dance in a low-intensity, easy to follow choreography format taught by Isabel.
